]]>Schea was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stonebridge Financial Corp., the parent of Stonebridge Bank, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Progress Financial Corporation, Vice President of CoreStates Financial Corp., and formerly Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of predecessor company Independence Bancorp, Inc. Before Schea’s banking career, he was Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick and Manager of Financial Accounting at The Philadelphia Savings Fund Society.
Among Schea’s community activities, he serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of community organizations including Doylestown Hospital, Bucks County Physician Hospital Alliance, Bucks County Community College Foundation, James A. Michener Art Museum, and Central Bucks Family YMCA where he serves as Trustee Chair. He is also Council Vice President of Finance and District Advancement Chair of the Bucks County Council, Boy Scouts of America, Advisory Board Member of Habitat for Humanity and is an active firefighter and Trustee of the Chalfont Chemical Fire Engine Company No. 1.
Schea is a member of the American and Pennsylvania institutes of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives Institute, Institute of Management Accountants (Global Chair 2008-2009), Insured Financial Institutions of the Delaware Valley (Board President), Financial Managers Society and the Pennsylvania Community Bankers Association.
Schea received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Masters in Business Administration from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, Certified Management Accountant and holds a certificate in Financial Management.
]]>Angela has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry; she joined The Bank in 2002. She began her career in 1987 at United Jersey Bank as a financial auditor, and then later as a trust business development specialist in 1992. When United Jersey acquired Summit Bank, she was responsible for the Sales and Retail Management function of over 50 branches in the Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania markets. Angela held several senior management level positions at Fleet Bank. Snyder received the 2009 “Beyond the Glass Ceiling Award” sponsored by The South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, “Pioneer of the Year” award. Snyder was named as one of the top “business people to watch” under the age of 40 by both NJ Biz and the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Angela earned her finance degree from St. Joseph’s University and her graduate degree from the Community Banking Associations Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at The University of Virginia. Angela serves on several area non-profit boards including, Executive Board member for Salem County Chamber of Commerce. Angela also serves on the Board of Directors for the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and Our Lady of Lourdes Foundation. Angela is also a director with the South Jersey Bankers Association. In 2008, Angela founded the Women’s Leadership Council of Gloucester and Salem counties, she serves as chair of the Council.
Angela resides in West Deptford with her husband Dan and two children.
]]>Prior to becoming President and CEO of Capital Bank, Hanrahan spent 16 years at The Bank, f/k/a The Bank of Gloucester County, now part of the Fulton Financial Corporation.
Hanrahan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University – Camden School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association/University of Delaware.
He currently serves on the Board and as Secretary of the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity. He is a member of the American Bankers Association Community and Economic Development Committee, the Vineland Rotary Club and the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Board member of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and past Treasurer of Fellowship Bible Church in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. He serves as a Guest Professor for the annual Rutgers University Guest Professor Program and is a past instructor for the American Institute of Banking/CFTNJ.
Hanrahan resides with his wife and five children in Mantua Township, New Jersey.
]]>Active in the community, Takes serves on the boards of directors of a number of community organizations including the North Penn United Way, The Montgomery County Lands Trust, the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale, the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club, Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, and Cabrini College where she serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. She is also the Chairman of the Business Advisory Council of Rosemont College and she serves her industry as a board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Banks in Harrisburg.
An author, Takes and her co-author, Suzanne Bush, published a novel for young adults entitled, “Time Will Tell.” She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY and her Masters in the Science of Management from Rosemont College, Rosemont, PA.
]]>Mr. Kutcher is a Trustee of the Virtua Health Foundation and served as President of the South Jersey Bankers’ Association from 2000 to 2003. He has also served as Assistant Director for the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Financial Management at the University of Wisconsin and Vanderbilt University.
